We are excited to share our latest preprint, now available on bioRxiv! In this study, we provide a comprehensive benchmark of long-read RNA sequencing (lrRNA-seq) across bulk and single-cell platforms—including Illumina, ONT, and PacBio (PB)—using a Fragile X syndrome cellular model.
