Therapeutic Protein Engineer
(Wet‑Lab)

Mission

Design and optimize new molecular binder mechanisms of action (MoAs) and novel molecule formats at the biology-molecular‑engineering interface.

Core Duties

(i) Develop and optimize expression systems for complex proteins across multiple host platforms (e.g., mammalian, microbial, cell-free).

(ii) Implement high-throughput and AI/ML-driven strategies to improve protein yield, solubility, and quality.

(iii) Drive projects from construct design through scale-up and purification, serving as technical lead through candidate selection and optimization.

Profile

BS/MS/PhD in biological science plus recent protein or antibody engineering; skills in structural biology, biochemistry, or molecular biology; and publication record (if applying for postdoc or staff scientist position). Experience with multi‑specific formats and structure‑guided design is a plus.

Computational Scientist
(Dry-Lab)

Mission

Drive computational discovery programs on neurodegenerative diseases (AD, PD, and ALS) within our reverse‑translation framework.

Core Duties

(i) Analyze single‑cell omics, genetic screens, imaging and human genetics to uncover disease mechanisms and nominate new targets

(ii) Craft reverse‑translation strategies with Translational Medicine to mine clinical‑trial samples

(iii) Act as computational lead on pipeline programs and deploy cutting‑edge AI models in collaboration with our industry and academic partners.

Profile

Interest in patient-tissue or CSF atlases, RNA isoforms and genetics-based target prioritization, and cellular neuro-disease models; publication record (for postdoc) and collaborative mindset.

We also welcome applicants with a background in Computer Science who are interested in applying computational methods to these areas.
